Craterellus cornucopioides - Black trumpet 25 g

The Black trumpet, as it is called in Greek, goes perfectly with risotto and barley croutons, it can also accompany omelettes, soups and salads, giving a distinctive aroma and fruity taste reminiscent of vanilla.

Soak the mushrooms in 300 grams of hot water for about 15 minutes, drain and they are ready to use in any recipe of your choice.

After draining the mushrooms you can use the water to add more flavour to your dishes.
