Thirteen different legumes ready to surprise you with the perfect harmony of their flavors. After we have soaked them, we boil them in a regular pot for about 35-45 minutes on low heat or until all the legumes are boiled. Add vegetables, sauce and spices of your choice to add color and even better taste. You can make them as a soup as well as a salad.

A combination of lentils, red lentils and yellow split peas will give a wonderful color to your dishes. They make unique cold salads as well as hot soups. No overnight soaking is required. Wash them and boil them in a regular pot on low heat for 30 (+-10) minutes.

Lentil mix

Without soaking from the night before, slightly rinse the lentils with the rice and boil them in a regular pot for about 20-30 minutes on low heat. Add vegetables, sauce and spices of your choice to add color and even better taste. You can make it pilaf or soup, pilaf goes well with sauteed onions.
